Great place with great service
Pat goes above and beyond to help you. The price is right and you wash your own dog with all the supplies you need. If my dog was not such a pain to take places I would take him every couple of weeks.

Pat is an excellent owner and has a sincere passion for dogs. I've gone here for the past 5 years and have received nothing less than 5 star service! How often do you find a place where you're always remembered and receive personal service? Rarely. He opens his store to a local rescue shelter 2 days a week for grooming. His dog always welcomes you into the store. There's no easier and better place to take your dog if you enjoy spending that time grooming your pet.

This location is the only that I know about in the Kansas City area. It is a great value, also. I have a large dog, and I got her washed, conditioned and dryed for only $15 -- plus got her nails cut for an additional $8 (which is a deal, compared to PetSmart). The staff was very friendly. But the part I liked the most was that I was able to clean my dog myself. Large corporations tend to have people who don't really care about an individual dog, whereas I know that I will be kind to my dog. They even give you a plastic apron to wear, so that you don't get wet!! Overall, a GREAT experience!!
